EastSide Productions was founded in 2001 by, B-Cide & Shysty. We are an independent record label based out of Utica, NY.
"Let's look at the industry for a second. They are not producing any music with feeling nor do they care about the music fans. The music coming out is just as plastic and fake as the CD's they are produced on" B-Cide said.
The company focuses on music which can be defined as non-mainstream.
"The rap music industry is almost a dieing breed, all they care about is money, hoes, and cars, while these major labels are pulling the strings and telling them what to do..... WE DON'T PLAY THAT!" Shysty explained.
Our goal is to connect with fans and show them artists can still bring a quality product while having fun doing it. Think of us as your voice to the masses.
